About the role
n
This is a full time role for an experienced Clinic Manager for Skin, Laser and Injectables.
n
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic's operations, from managing the team to ensuring the highest standards of client service and clinical excellence.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Manage the day-to-day operations of the skin and laser clinic, including client scheduling, call lists, inventory management and budgeting.
n
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled therapists, and Nurses to meeting weekly and monthly targets.
n
Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction through effective client relationship management
n
Managing team performance ensuring a standard of performance and KPI's are being met
n
Oversee the implementation of safety, compliance and quality assurance protocols.
n
Contribute to the strategic direction of the clinic and identify opportunities for growth and improvement by rolling out LAM activities.
n
Liaise with head office, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support the clinic's operations.
n
Hands-on approach, must be able to step in and manage/treat the client when necessary.
n

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar leadership role within the skin and laser industry
n
Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving continuous improvement
n
Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
n
Strong understanding of skin, laser and cosmetic treatments, safety protocols, and industry regulations
n
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control - developmental support provided.
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
Commitment to run and maintain a high performing team environment
n
Must have a current laser license
n
