Service Operations Coordinator
n
A key operational role responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing client relationships, scheduling works, maintaining compliance requirements and supporting business growth. We are looking for a proactive professional with outstanding communication skills, strong organisational abilities and experience coordinating technical service teams. Need 5yrs experience.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
n
n
Assist with the Scheduling technician's monthly works
n
Quoting service testing and repair works to gain compliance
n
Operate efficiently and provide service and customer support during field visits in accordance with the relevant standards
n
Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions over a variety of issues
n
Produce accurate, timely and detailed reports. With monthly reporting to the manager
n
Work in accordance with Dynaflow policies and procedures.
n
Maintain the NSW service compliance to ISO*****, ISO ***** and ISO****
n
Provide all necessary information to administration accurately and on time.
n
Promote positive client and staff relationships
n
Maintain client portal compliance
n
Oversee the activities and performance of technicians to ensure compliance with quality outcomes and requirements
n
Act as the central point of contact and communicate service status adequately to all participants
n
Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and culture by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal requirements
n
Maintain an annual service calendar
n
Manage the administration and resources for service
n
Positive client relationships and proactive reporting
n
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
n
Promote service sales to achieve set budgets and targets
n
Complete toolbox meetings with technicians
n
n
Qualification/Requirements
n
n
Proven Coordinator experience in HVAC, fume extraction or similar technical industries
n
Extensive experience in technical maintenance and repairs
n
Proficiency in verbal/written English
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
n
Accurate estimate and quoting
n
Robust client-facing and communication skills
n
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
n
Capable at working autonomously or within teams
n
Available for regional and interstate travel on occasions
n
Must have a current car driver's license.
n
Must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain a Police Clearance check and have clearance to work in schools and Defence sites.
n
Must be able to pass a standard medical checkup.
n
Experience in coordinating a team of tradespersons.
n
