About the Role
n
In this role, you'll take ownership of our repairs function from end to end — turning approved quotes into completed works and ensuring every job is delivered smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. You'll be the driving force that keeps repairs moving and clients informed.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Liaise with clients to organise repairs, confirm access, and manage expectations throughout the process
n




Coordinate technicians and ensure they have all parts, equipment, documentation, and site information needed to complete each job
n
Monitor jobs in progress to ensure works are completed on time and to standard
n
Resolve issues, delays, or variations as they arise, keeping all parties informed
n
Review completed works, process service reports, and formally close out repairs
n
Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is captured
n
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, technicians, and internal teams
n
Assist with other duties as required
n

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
n
Excellent communication and client-management skills
n
A proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail
n
Experience in fire protection, trades, or a related service industry (highly regarded)
n
Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
n
Commitment to safety and compliance
n
