We're on the lookout for the pear-fect Full-TimeBusiness Managerfor our Coffs Harbour Central store to motivate the team, to give 100% customer service to every single customer and develop them to be Weekend & Weekday Warriors.A leader who will run the business like they own it and can develop Boosties to be the next generation of Boost leaders.

So what are we looking for in a Business Manager?
n
Store Management experience in retail or hospitality is essential.
n
Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit.




n
An understanding of P&L;'s and how to influence them
n
Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.
n
Ability to recruit, train and develop our Boosties.
n
Available for weekdays/weekends and early morning work - no late nights required!!
n
Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time!
