We are a busy and well-established smash repairs workshop based in Wyong, NSW, and we're looking to expand our team. We're seeking a skilled Automotive Spray Painter, a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice, or a motivated Painter Labourer / Trade Assistant to join us.

About the Role
n
You will assist with or be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets industry and customer expectations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Vehicle preparation including sanding, masking, and priming, painting
n
Buffing and finishing to a high-quality standard
n
Maintaining a clean and protected work environment
n
Assisting tradesmen where required (for labourers/juniors)
n




Working efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
n
n
About You
n
n
3rd or 4th year apprentice, qualified spray painter OR motivated labourer keen to learn
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Willingness to learn and take direction
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Reliable, punctual, and committed
n
A genuine interest in the automotive repair industry
n
