This is a senior leadership role requiring 4+ years' experience in a similar role. You'll be the single point of accountability for our end-to-end supply chain and our day-to-day operations setting the strategy, building the infrastructure, and making the whole engine faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
n
Inventory & demand planning
n
n
Own inventory across locations — forecasting, replenishment, and allocation to match demand and growth
n
Partner with the buying team to align stock, lead times, and cash flow
n
Minimise stockouts and overstock as volume scales
n
n
Operations & systems
n
n
Own the operational tech stack (Shopify, 3PL/WMS, inventory and returns tooling) and how it all connects
n
Design and document the processes that let the business scale
n
Build transparent operational reporting cost-per-order, delivery performance, landed cost, inventory health
n
n
Leadership & strategy
n
n
Set the supply chain and operations strategy as we scale across AU, the US, and beyond




n
Identify and remove bottlenecks, reduce landed cost, and improve delivery speed
n
Partner closely with finance and customer care
n
Build and lead the operations function (and team) as it grows; report to and advise the leadership team
n

About you
n
n
Senior experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within fashion, apparel, or e-commerce/DTC
n
A track record owning 3PL and freight-forwarder relationships, ideally across multiple markets
n
Strong command of international shipping, customs, duties, and taxes (AU essential, US highly desirable)
n
Solid inventory and demand planning experience
n
Comfortable owning an operational tech stack and building process from the ground up
n
Both strategic and hands‐on. You can set direction and roll up your sleeves in a small, fast business
n
Strong with reporting and analytics fluent in spreadsheets and operational platforms
n
A natural streamliner who stays calm under peak-season pressure
n
An excellent communicator and leader who can hold partners to account, influence leadership, and grow a team
