You'llpartner closely with ProductLeads, Engineers, and Business SMEs in an agile environment to deeply understand customer needs, translate insights into elegant, scalable solutions, and drive outcomes that deliver real customer and business value.You'llbalance strategic thinking withstronghands-on design execution, andyou'llbe a keyenablerin shaping the product andstaff andcustomer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for mission-critical initiatives.

Rapidly uncover problems and iterate toward validated, high-quality solutions.
n
Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.
n
Design intuitive, productive workflows for staff users.
n
Plan andfacilitateuser research, testing, and insight synthesis.
n
Translate complex business and system requirements into clear experiences.
n
Use and evolve the design system for scalable, accessible delivery.
n
Collaborate with engineers using AI-enabled tooling.
n
Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to drive clarity and momentum.
n

WhatYou'llBring
n
n
Extensive
experiencedesigning
digital/staff products end-to-end in cross-functional product teams.
n
Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery activities with customers, product, and engineering stakeholders.
n
Deep understanding of human-centred design methodologies and how to apply and execute them pragmatically in a fast-paced agile environment.
n
Excellent interaction and UI design skills, with an eye for detail and craft.
n
Experience designing for complex systems, services, or platforms, not just isolated features.
n




Strong understanding of the principles and interaction modelsrequiredto design responsible, and scalable AI powered experiences
n
Strong collaboration and communication skills —you'reas comfortable sketching ideas on a whiteboard with engineers as you are presenting strategic concepts to executives.
n
Proficiencywith modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and a basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, components, design tokens).
n
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, balancing user needs with business goals.
n
Experience with metrics-driven product development (e.g., running experiments, A/B testing, usage funnels data).
n
Passion for mentoring others and uplifting the broader design craft in the organisation.
n
A portfolio thatshowcasesend-to-end product design thinking, craft, andmeasurable impact.
