We are seeking an experienced Applications Services Manager for a short-term contract opportunity based in Macquarie Park, providing parental leave cover through to mid-September.
n
You will lead a team of applications and data specialists responsible for the ongoing support and operational management of enterprise finance applications.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Lead the delivery and BAU support of enterprise finance applications.
n
Manage and support a team of technical and functional specialists.
n
Oversee application service performance, incidents, changes, releases and continuous improvement.
n
Manage key stakeholders, suppliers and service-level expectations.
n




Ensure reliable and effective application services across the organisation.
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Strong experience managing enterprise applications and application support services.
n
Experience leading Level 2/Level 3 application support teams.
n
Good understanding of finance systems and finance business processes.
n
Strong IT Service Management / ITIL knowledge.
n
Experience with cloud/SaaS environments.
n
Must have TechnologyOne Financial experience.
n
Strong stakeholder, vendor and people-management skills. This role requires someone who can start immediately and quickly take ownership of an established applications service workplace.
