About the job
n
ouradmin role is the backbone of the company, it covers accounts, sales, and logistics as a mixed office position. involving processesing customer orders, managing invoices and payments, and coordinate shipping and transport. the position involves keeping the business operations running smoothly by linking the sales, finance, and delivery ofbotanical cuisine products. the admin role is building customer relationships by understanding their needs.

Account protocol

recieveorders, input orders, pack and ship using dear inventory
n
send out customer invoices and track overdue payments
n
reconcilepurchase orders with incoming payments using xero
n
n




Sales and accounts duties
n
n
process current sales orders and update client database on softwares and stockist lists
n
answer customer questions about products or anythingrelated to the products
n
n
Logistics duties
n
n
book transport providers and track shipments
n
physically pick and pack pallets, or retail cartons orders, preparing for logistic dispatches, this requires physically lifting boxes
n
stock management and stock counts; keep all products organised
n
n
Other responsibilities
n
n
we do have a very small shop that we sell our range from and the admin will be responsible for.
n
also, during production the admin assists with putting jars into boxes and stock management.
n
n
work hours: TUES, WED, THUR 10am - 4pm, FRI 9am - 1pm
