About the role:
n
As our Client Management Team Lead, you'll ensure smooth operations across client service channels, spearhead initiatives to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction, and foster collaboration across departments. You'll play a key role in team coaching, operational leadership, and client retention—all while contributing to a fast-paced, results-driven workplace.

Primary duties will include:
n
n
Oversee all activities of the Client Management Team to make sure the service provide to clients is in good quality and fully compliant
n




Initiate proposals on improving both internal processes and customer experiences in order to retain active trading accounts and assist Sales/HNW team to obtain more opportunities
n
Conduct training to the team in areas including process of dealing with all sort of trade disputes and client complaints
n
Show ability to lead and maintain high team morale at all time
n
Provide comprehensive support to our clients and resolve all kinds of incoming enquiries
n
Take responsibility in hiring, coaching and engaging the team to achieve outcomes that you have contributed in shaping
n
Liaise with colleagues and partners from both internal and external in the most efficient manner to get desired result
n
Deliver comprehensive team results to management team
n
n
To land this role you will need:
n
n
At least 1 year in FX/CFD industry with experience in management
n
Demonstrated experience managing a team of 4-6 people
n
Experience of process management
n
Experience of customer service
n
Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
n
Sound knowledge to products we offer
n
Comprehensive knowledge of FX and CFD products
n
Australian work rights are required for this position
n
