Newcastle & Hunter Community Health is seeking a Full time Community Registered Nurse

$45 – $50 per hour

Monday to Friday (8 am to 4pm)

About the role/Job Description
n
As a Community Registered Nurse you will;
n
n
Work with our team in a hands-on client facing role
n
Medication assistance, assessment and monitoring
n
Wound care and Wound Reports
n
Intake Assessments
n
Continence assessments
n
PEG changing and care
n
SPC/IDC changing and care
n
Care planning and report writing
n
Workplace support of client care team and new team members appropriate to role.
n
Working within a team of Community RNs & Support Worker's supporting our clients receive high quality clinical nursing care within their homes.
n
n
Essential & Desirable Criteria
n
The ideal applicant will have;
n
n
AHPRA Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 2 year's experience as a Registered Nurse.
n
Ability to maintain high standards of secure clinical care.
n
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
n
Australian unrestricted Driver's Licence.
n
Criminal record check (or willingness to obtain same)
n
Working with children check (or willingness to obtain same)
n
Current first aid certificate.
n
NDIS worker screen (or willingness to obtain same)
n
Smart phone and internet access.
n
