Birmont Group in Melbourne seeks a senior supply leader to own end-to-end procurement, planning and supplier management for 500+ SKUs. You will shape the supply roadmap while driving negotiations, cost reductions and operational excellence in a quick-paced fresh-food setting.

You will lead a small team, oversee ERP/MRP governance and 3PL relationships, delivering data-driven planning and analytics to support strategic decisions and customer value.
