Yering Station, a renowned winery in the heart of the Yarra Valley, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-service oriented Waitstaff to join our dynamic hospitality team. What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
n
Take food and drink orders, ensuring accurate order placement and timely delivery
n
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Yering Station's extensive wine and menu offerings
n
Maintain high standards of table service, including setting and clearing tables
n
Assist with general dining room tasks as required
n
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
n

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a Waiting Staff or similar customer service role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
n
Strong product knowledge, particularly in the areas of wine and food pairing
n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
n
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work weekends and public holidays
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
n
