Poly Technician – Full Time (9-Day Fortnight)

One of our prestigious clients is seeking a skilled Poly Technician to join our production team. This role is hands-on, involving polyethylene welding, fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance.
n
You'll be part of a high-performing team delivering precision manufacturing solutions across multiple industries.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Butt & electrofusion welding of polyethylene pipelines
(PMBWELD301E/302E).
n
Plastic extrusion welding and fabrication.
n
Operating machinery, assembling materials, and conducting inspections.
n
Maintaining OHSE compliance (ISO*****:****) and QA standards (ISO****:****).
n
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
n
Site work, including installation,



measurement, and client interaction.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Welding certifications
(butt/electrofusion).
n
Forklift licence (LF) and valid driver's licence.
n
Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
n
Solid safety awareness and commitment to quality.
n
Flexibility to work overtime and travel when required.
n
n
