Role Description:
n
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across our various dining outlets. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain standards, innovate menus, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
n




Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
n
Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
n
Assist with menu planning and development under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
n
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a similar setting.
n
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
n
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
n
Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus.
