About This Role
n
This role involves the provision of high-quality, unit-based clinical and operational pharmacy services, with opportunities to undertake credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and other advanced scope of practice programs. Professional growth is supported through regular in-service education, including journal club, support for seminar and conference attendance, team-based clinical pharmacy structures, and formal education opportunities such as AdPha residency programs.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation)
n
Promoting and supporting effective patient flow
n
Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents and other Grampians Health staff
n
Active contribution to Pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings
n
n
Skills And Experience
n
n
Currently hold, or be eligible for, general registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
n
Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is preferred
n
n
