In this versatile role, you will
structure and settle both consumer and commercial finance solutions
– ranging from personal motor vehicles, caravans, and marine craft to commercial fleets, heavy equipment, and business trucks.
Leveraging Jade's national brand presence,
extensive panel of over 60 lenders
, and dedicated back-office support, you will
manage warm inbound leads
and client scenarios from initial enquiry through to approval, document sign-off, and fast settlement.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Broking:
Manage, structure, and settle consumer and commercial asset finance applications across vehicles, leisure assets, machinery, and business equipment.
Credit Analysis & Packaging:
Assess personal income (PAYG)



and commercial financial statements/tax portal data to submit high-converting deal packages to underwriters.
Pipeline Management:
Convert warm opportunities driven by our impressive internal lead generation engine, high-volume repeat client base, and established referral business partnerships efficiently through to approval, sign-off, and settlement.
High-Performance Teamwork & Lender Relations:
Work alongside a high-performing, energetic team while collaborating directly with our network of over 80 bank and non-bank lenders to seamlessly navigate all of our clients' financial needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Proven Broking Track Record:
Experience writing consistent monthly volume across consumer and/or commercial asset finance.
Passion & Drive:
A genuine passion for finance, high self-motivation, and an eagerness to grow your career within a thriving national brokerage.

Strong financial literacy, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering tailored outcomes for clients.
Must-Have Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years of experience
as an Asset Finance Broker or Commercial/Consumer Lender.
Work Rights:
Full Australian working rights required.
