Are you passionate about discipling the emerging generation of youth to follow Jesus?
n
We're looking for a mature Youth Minister to lead and grow a ministry that evangelises and disciples youth toward a healthy, lifelong journey of loving Jesus, cherishing His church, and living on mission.
n
You'll have the prospect to:
n
n
Reach and disciple youth
n
Equip and develop volunteer leaders
n
Invest in growing emerging student leaders
n
Partner with parents
n
Develop connections with local schools
n
n
We have an established Friday night youth program averaging 45 youth each week, a Sunday discipleship program,



and a strong existing connection with Wyong Christian Community School (a ministry of WBC).
n
This position is suitable for someone who is undertaking or completed formal theological training (or who has equivalent ministry experience).
n
Previous experience leading youth ministry is desirable, but not essential.
n
