We require a motivated and self-driven person to fill a junior warehouse operator role in a busy 3PL Warehouse. The role can be of a physical nature with manual lifting required, so a person with good levels of energy and fitness is required.

No experience? No problem! We'll train you in every part of warehouse operations so you can grow into a true warehouse superstar.

What you'll learn and do:
n
n
Assist with receiving goods, unloading deliveries, and checking packaging.
n
Help put stock away in the correct locations.
n
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
n
Liaising with team leads as to priorities
n
Erecting cartons and filling pick trolleys to order. Ensure cartons are always ready for pick team
n
Waste recovery of used cardboard to be used as carton fill
n
Perform manual handling tasks including lifting, stacking, wrapping etc.
n




General house keeping to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse aisles and pick faces
n
Assist where required with other warehouse tasks
n

Energetic and motivated

Physically fit with stamina to perform manual labour

Good communication skills, ask questions to clarify what is needed
n
Self driven and willingness to take on new tasks
n
Adaptable and flexible across a range of duties
n
Positive attitude with ability to work unsupervised when necessary
