Join our team and play a key role in delivering two exciting civil projects in Bargara and Burnett Heads, valued between $2–10 million. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you'll help drive the successful delivery of these projects while gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of civil construction.

About the Role As a Site/Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll work closely with Supervisors, subcontractors and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate daily construction activities and assist with project delivery.
n
Prepare and manage short-term programs, ITPs, QA documentation and project reporting.
n
Monitor project costs, quantities and progress against budget and program.
n
Procure materials and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
n
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.
n
Assist with client liaison and attend project meetings.
n
Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues on site.
n

About You
n
n
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent (preferred).
n
Previous experience delivering civil infrastructure or subdivision projects.
n




Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
n
Proactive, organised and eager to develop your career within a growing business.
