Bene Aged Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Community Care Workers to support clients across the
North-Eastern suburbs
(Bene Padre Pio & Bene Casa). This role requires a minimum availability of 3 days per week in the
North-Eastern suburbs
, offering consistent, meaningful work within the community.

About Your Role
We are looking for dedicated Community Care Workers to assist clients with personal care, domestic support, social engagement, and transport within their homes. You will work independently in the community, helping older people maintain their safety, independence, and overall quality of life.
Assist with personal care including showering, grooming, dressing, and skin checks
Provide medication support by prompting, administering, and supervising medications
Perform domestic tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, and meal preparation




Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction to clients
Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
Follow individualised care plans and advocate for client needs and preferences
Communicate and document client changes and concerns to the Case Manager
Participate in staff training, performance appraisals, and team meetings
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and incident management processes
What You'll Bring
Essential:
Minimum availability of 3 days per week in the North-Eastern suburbs
Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Full Australian driver's licence
Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Access to a smart mobile device
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and adapt to individual client needs
Desirable:
Italian language skills (advantageous, though not essential)
