PFD Food Services is seeking a hands-on, strategic DC leader for our Tweed Heads site. You will oversee the entire distribution centre operation, driving safety, efficiency and high performance across warehouse, transport and inventory functions.

You will mentor leaders, partner with Sales, Transport and Finance, and lead continuous improvement projects to sustain service levels and profitability. A strong unionised setting background and budget discipline are valued.
