We're seeking an experienced Full Time Sales Associate to join our Melbourne Boutique.

This is more than a retail role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through life's most meaningful milestones while representing some of the world's finest jewellery and Swiss timepiece brands.

What You'll Be Doing
n
As a Sales Associate, you'll play an integral role in delivering the premium Hardy Brothers experience every day.
n
n
Create personalised and memorable experiences for every client who visits our boutique.
n
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, thoughtful follow-up and genuine clienteling.
n
Share your expertise across fine jewellery, diamonds and luxury timepieces with confidence and authenticity.
n
Assist clients with repairs, servicing, insurance replacements and bespoke enquiries.
n
Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.
n
Support stock management, inventory accuracy and daily boutique operations.
n
Work collaboratively with your Boutique Manager and team to achieve shared success.
n
Represent the Hardy Brothers brand with professionalism,



integrity and pride every day.

About you
n
You'll be someone who naturally creates lasting impressions and enjoys building trusted relationships with clients. You'll also bring:

Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, fine jewellery, watches or another high‐end customer environment.
n
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
n
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Confidence working towards individual sales targets and KPIs.
n
An appreciation for craftsmanship, heritage and luxury products.
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining impeccable presentation.
n
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‐paced boutique.
n
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the success of the entire team.
n
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
n

Bilingual candidates and applicants with recognised qualifications or specialist training relevant to luxury retail are encouraged to apply.
