We are seeking Chefs, Cooks and Kitchen Hands who take pride in great food, clean workspaces and helping a busy kitchen run smoothly. With a range of shifts available, this is a great opportunity for people who enjoy a rapid-paced hotel environment and working as part of a supportive team.

About the roles
n
n
Preparing and cooking quality meals to a consistent standard
n
Assisting chefs with food preparation, plating and service
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen
n
Dishwashing, cleaning and general kitchen duties
n
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
n
Supporting the team during busy service periods
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous kitchen,



cooking or hospitality experience is preferred
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment
n
Reliable availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
Solid attention to cleanliness, safety and presentationA current Food Safety Supervisor qualification is an advantage for chef and cook applicants
n
