Zambrero is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Team Members at our Ocean Grove location. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving delicious Mexican-inspired food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to a positive and team-oriented atmosphere.

Key responsibilities:

Greeting and serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude

Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently

Preparing and assembling food orders according to company standards

Operating cash registers and handling transactions
n
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen

Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and effective workflow

Demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service

Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
