Hive Active is seeking a skilled and compassionate Remedial Massage Therapist who loves helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best. Based in Roseville NSW, you will deliver high-quality remedial massage treatments that promote healing, pain relief and overall well-being. What you'll be doing
n

Conducting thorough client assessments and consultations to understand presenting symptoms, medical history and treatment goals
n
Providing tailored remedial massage treatments using a range of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release
n
Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to address musculoskeletal dysfunction and chronic pain conditions
n
Maintaining detailed client records and progress notes in accordance with professional standards and privacy regulations
n
Offering skilled advice on postural awareness, stretching and self-care strategies to support client recovery
n
Collaborating with other healthcare practitioners to ensure integrated and comprehensive client care
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming treatment setting
n
Adhering to professional codes of conduct and maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality and safety
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Recognised qualification in Remedial Massage (Diploma or higher from an accredited training provider)
n
Current membership with an Australian massage association, with appropriate insurance and Health Fund provider recognition
n
Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy,



physiology and pathology relevant to remedial massage practice
n
Demonstrated expertise in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
n
Professional approach to client confidentiality and data protection
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification and Working With Children check
n
Experience in delivering remedial, sports, pregnancy and relaxation massage in wellness clinics, sports facilities or healthcare settings
n
Knowledge of business practices and client management systems is advantageous
n
Skills in myofascial release and cupping highly regarded
n
Right to work in Australia essential
