About the Role
n
We're looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering outstanding client care to patients and their owners
n
Managing client enquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email
n
Supporting the day to day appointment and admission schedule
n
Completing general administration and clerical duties
n
Taking payments and managing invoices and accounts
n
Ensuring front of house areas are welcoming, clean, and organised
n
Assisting across different areas of the hospital as required
n




Working collaboratively with the clinical team to support exceptional patient care
n

What We're Looking For
n

Previous reception or customer service experience is essential
n
Veterinary industry reception experience highly regarded but not essential
n
Strong administrative and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional approach
n
Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
n
A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
n
A team first mindset and commitment to contributing to a supportive workplace culture

A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
