Job Description

We're looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender to join our poolside team at Breeze and Summer Salt at Elements of Byron.
n
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced resort environment. You'll be preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, running food and drinks, and ensuring our poolside areas are clean, stocked and guest‐ready at all times.

Key responsibilities include:
n

Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, coffee and beverages
n
Providing friendly, attentive service to guests
n
Managing multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
n
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
n




Assisting with food running and guest requests
n
Following service standards and RSA compliance
n
n
You're someone who brings great energy, enjoys working in a team, and thrives in a busy, guest‐focused environment. You take pride in your work and enjoy creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Desired Skills and Experience
n
About You:
n
n
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or resort setting
n
Confident making cocktails and coffees (barista skills highly regarded)
n
Current NSW RSA (essential)
n
NSW Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
Availability across mornings, evenings and weekends
n
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
n
Ability to commit to at least 4months (WHV welcome)
n
