St John of God Hospital Geelong is a 253 bed hospital and is recognised as the leading provider of private health care in the Barwon and South-Western region. The hospital provides a range of services including an emergency department, day surgery, medical, surgical and maternity services, along with a 24 hour critical care unit and Cath Lab services.

About the role
n
We are seeking enthusiastic Unit Receptionists to join our team on a casual basis, with flexible weekday and weekend shifts available. In this role, you will provide high-quality reception and administrative support, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Managing incoming calls, processing patient information accurately and confidentially, responding to enquiries, supporting admission processes, liaising with clinical teams, and maintaining an organised and professional work environment.
n
n
Your skills and experience
n
You will have a minimum of three years' experience in a frontline clerical or reception role, along with a demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
n
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills, along with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise work requirements while working productively within a team environment. Above all, customer service will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.

Salary: $***** to $***** per hour, plus 12% superannuation
