n The Lodge Jamberoo is a stunning wedding and accommodation venue located in Jamberoo, offering onsite accommodation for up to 106 guests. We specialise in creating unforgettable destination weddings.

The Role
n We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for maximising wedding bookings and ensuring the venue maintains full occupancy across all available dates.
n
You will take full ownership of the wedding sales pipeline - from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking - while delivering an exceptional client experience.
n
Key Responsibilities

Manage all incoming wedding enquiries and convert them into bookings
n
Proactively contact leads and schedule venue inspections
n
Conduct in-person and virtual tours (phone, Zoom, and social platforms)
n
Plan and host open house events
n
Maintain strong forward bookings, ensuring the venue is booked 12 months in advance
n




Collaborate closely with the Brand Development Manager to drive enquiry volume
n
Work with senior leadership to identify and implement sales strategies
n
Track and report on all sales activity and performance metrics
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in sales (weddings, events, hospitality, or similar preferred)
n
Confident communicator with strong closing skills
n
Highly organised and self-motivated
n
Comfortable hosting tours and presenting to clients
n
Results-driven with a solid focus on achieving targets
n
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking is advantageous
n
