About the role:
n
Based in Derrimut, supporting our Campbellfield dealership.
n
As the Asset Finance Administration Officer, you will support the Business Manager by:
n
n
Coordinating and managing truck asset finance administration processes.
n
Preparing and reviewing finance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
n
Processing and submitting finance applications to lenders, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
n
Contacting customers to explain finance processes, answer enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
n
Following up with customers to obtain outstanding documentation and information required to finalise transactions.
n
Maintaining accurate records of customer information, finance applications, approvals, and transactions.
n
Liaising with lenders, customers, and dealership teams to ensure seamless processing of finance applications.
n
Assisting with compliance requirements and ensuring all documentation meets legal and regulatory standards.
n
Supporting the dealership sales team throughout the customer purchasing journey.

Previous dealership administration experience, ideally supporting vehicle sales operations.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders.
n
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
n
Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
n
Professional presentation and reliability.
n
A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
n
A positive 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
