We're looking for a confident, motivated and commercially driven salesperson who enjoys being out in the field and creating opportunities.

You will ideally have:
n
3+ years' experiencein Business Development, Sales or Account Management within the securityor buildingindustry
n
Strong knowledge ofCCTV, surveillance technology and security
systemspreferredbut
not essential, full training provided.
n
Proven experience generating new business and managing a sales pipeline
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
n
Confidence approaching new businesses and making the first contact
n
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine appetite for growth
n
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
n
The ability to work independently and manage your own territory and pipeline
n
Ideally you will be based in Melbournes South Eastern / Mornington Peninsula region.

$80,000 - $120,000 base salary + generous uncapped commission. Subject to experience and proven results
