Lead the project from design development through to construction and handover

Manage all commercial aspects including budgets, forecasting, procurement and cost control
n
Oversee head contract compliance and subcontract management
n
Coordinate design teams to ensure buildability and program alignment
n
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
n
Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers and site staff
n
Monitor project progress, manage risks and implement mitigation strategies
n
Ensure all works meet safety, quality and regulatory requirements

About You
n
n
3 - 5+ years commercial experience within AU/NZ delivering commercial construction projects, ideally within a Design & Construct environment
n
Strong commercial and contractual acumen
n
Demonstrated ability managing budgets, programs and subcontractors
n
Experience managing relationships across clients, consultants and site teams
n
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and culture on-site
n
A practical, solutions-focused approach
n
