Our client operates a well-established multidisciplinary paediatric clinic supporting children and young people under 18. With a collaborative team of around 25 clinicians (Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Allied Health Assistants) plus a dedicated admin team, they've built a strong reputation over 10+ years for high-quality, family-centred care. They are seeking a New Graduate Speech Pathologist who is eager to learn, supported by structured supervision, team-based PD, and a culture that prioritises sustainability and wellbeing.

You will work with a paediatric NDIS caseload (typically ages 3–16) with presentations including ASD, mental health needs, and other neurological diagnoses.

Predominantly clinic-based with occasional visits to
schools/kindergartens

Gradual ramp-up and achievable billable expectations
n
Support with assessments, goal setting, therapy planning, and report writing
n

Salary ranging from $80,000 - $85,000
