The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, well-being and dignity by providing personalised care tailored to each individual's needs. This role requires a compassionate approach, attention to detail, and adherence to established care protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients in Bundaberg and surrounding areas.

Preferably a female personal care worker for our clients needs.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to help others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
n
Assisting with personal cares; bathing, grooming, showering, and dressing
n
Delivering tailored care that respects each client's preferences and routine
n
Supporting daily living activities at home and in the community, including:
n
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
n
Mobility and hygiene support
n
Transport to appointments and social outings
n
Providing companionship and emotional support
n
Encouraging independence and enhancing overall wellbeing
n
Availability to cover Monday to Friday services, with alternate weekends where required
n
Additional hours for the right applicant!
n
Strong interpersonal skills
n
Proficient in personal care tasks
n
Excellent time management abilities
