Talent in Canberra seeks an experienced Operations Assurance Manager to support ICT capability delivery, transition and ongoing operation within a secure government environment. You will assure service introduction, transition and operations with solid service management practices.

You'll coordinate change, release, incident and problem management, develop KPI and SLA reports, and work with delivery teams to ensure smooth releases into service. NV1 clearance desirable.
