Responsibilities
n
n
Responsible for product design and delivery of the company's TradFi clearing and settlement platform
n
Lead the product development roadmap and execution for the TradFi clearing and settlement platform, focusing on backend capabilities
n
Lead the design of full lifecycle management: trade reconciliation, non-trade reconciliation, anomaly detection, error handling, and settlement
n
Define and monitor key system and business metrics (e.g., false positive rate, processing time, reliability), and advance continuous optimization through data and experimentation
n
Partner with engineering, product managers, spot operations, futures operations, treasury, and finance teams to design robust systems for settlement, reconciliation, and fund flow management
n
Collaborate with external stakeholders to integrate systems and investigate issues
n
Act as a hands-on contributor, taking initiative to identify system/process gaps and driving end-to-end execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
n

Requirements
n
n
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in clearing & settlement, fintech, or
platform/infrastructure
products
n
Background in Accountancy and/or Finance is an advantage
n




Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger systems, or fund flow design
n
Familiarity with backend system design and APIs; comfortable working closely with engineering teams on system architecture
n
Data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using metrics to guide product decisions
n
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a global or multi-region environment
n
Demonstrated ownership and structured thinking, with ability to operate independently in a energetic environment
n
Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
n
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with external partners and stakeholders
n
