Job Description
Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNS) – Integrated Chronic Care for Aboriginal People (ICCAPP) to lead high-level clinical expertise and consultancy across the Mehi area, focusing on culturally appropriate chronic care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 15 and over.

This role partners with an Aboriginal Health Practitioner, supports health professionals and community services, and requires AHPRA RN, 5+ years
