The Opportunity
n
As Care Manager, you'll oversee the daily clinical operations of a 100+ bed home, supporting the General Manager in leading the delivery of person-centered care. You'll lead and mentor the clinical team, manage AN-ACC compliance, and drive clinical governance and quality outcomes across the home.
n
Main duties include:
n
n
Overseeing daily clinical operations of the care home
n
Supporting and leading the clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, staff allocation,



performance management and education
n
Reviewing clinical incidents, complaints, and changes
n
Leading compliance with AN-ACC assessments
n
Managing person-centered care planning and evaluation, including case conferencing with families and carers
n
Preparing and conducting clinical governance audits
n
Overseeing medication management in line with resident needs and legislative requirements
n
Liaising with allied health, medical practitioners, and other services to support optimal resident care
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration (essential)
n
Post-graduate qualification in aged care highly regarded
n
Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds
n
Proven track record delivering quality clinical care in aged care or acute settings
n
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
n
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
n
Solid understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
n
