Innisfail Hospital in Queensland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department on a four-week contract from 14 September to 11 October ****. This is an excellent prospect to work in a dynamic acute care setting, supporting a busy ED team while earning between AUD$***** and AUD$***** per hour. If you're an RN with solid emergency experience and the right certifications, this could be the perfect short-term placement.

Preferred Requirements
n
n
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
n
Demonstrated experience with iEMR and FirstNet systems
n
Formal triage training and competence in emergency triage assessment
n
Minimum 12 months of recent emergency department nursing experience
n
Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (desirable)
n
Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated ongoing professional development in emergency nursing
