Do you
want to be a part of a team that promotes and improves the health
of its people and community?
This is
for a Fixed Term Part-Time (0.4 FTE) appointment with possibility
of extension(s) and/or permanency
What
is our Clinical Nurse - Research role?
We are
seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised nurse to join our
multidisciplinary research team.
The successful applicant will
support the local delivery of several Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
compliant multicentre clinical trials, working closely with
investigators, participants, hospital departments and external
trial sponsors.
The role will
include identifying and screening potential participants,
coordinating recruitment, supporting the informed-consent process,
randomisation, trial visits and clinical follow-up, and ensuring
participant safety throughout the study.
The Clinical Research
Nurse will also be responsible for accurate and timely data entry,
maintenance of source documents and regulatory files, monitoring
protocol compliance, and ensuring that all study documentation is
complete, accurate and audit-ready.
Prior
involvement in multicentre GCP clinical trials is useful, however
this is not an essential criterion.
GCP, NIHSS, and modified Rankin
Score certification will be required before commencing in the role.
These certifications can all be obtained online at no cost.
This is an
excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse with robust
communication, organisational and attention-to-detail skills to
play a central role in delivering high-quality clinical research
and improving patient care.

During the selection process you will
be assessed on your ability to fulfil the responsibilities of this
