We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical
Nurse to join our Mental Health team.
In
this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality,
recovery-focused mental health care to young people within their
home and community environments, providing an alternative to
inpatient admission while promoting positive health outcomes.
The successful applicant shall be part of a multidisciplinary
team provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure
comprehensive evidence-based recovery focussed care is delivered to
consumers.
Facilitates and promotes consumer safety and quality of
care.
The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice
considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice
Decision Flowchart.
The Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT)
provides care coordination for a maximum of twelve weeks.

specialised hand surgery, ophthalmology, urology, vascular,
endoscopy, dental and maxillofacial, and women's health
services.
South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) Mental
Healthhas opened a new state-of-the-art facility at
Fremantle Hospital designed to offer expanded and modern mental
health services for our community.
The three-storey space will
provide an additional 40 mental health beds and a 24-hour Mental
Health Crisis Centre, ensuring compassionate and innovative care
for those who need it most.
