Known for delivering high-quality regional infrastructure and earthworks projects safely and on time, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their leadership team and drive operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the successful execution of multiple civil construction and earthworks projects.
Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and field teams.
Partner closely with the General Manager to optimise project delivery strategies, resource allocation, and financial performance.
Coordinate plant, equipment, and labour deployment alongside the Maintenance Manager.
Ensure strict adherence to WHS legislation, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.
Strengthen relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
