About the Role
Catalyst Metals is seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to join our team at the Plutonic Gold Mine.
This is a key site-based role responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of non-process infrastructure (NPI) and capital projects across the operation.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
With a broad pipeline of site improvement and infrastructure projects, this is an opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys being close to the operation, working across multiple disciplines and seeing projects through to delivery.
The Role
Your project portfolio will include:
Accommodation village, camp and site facilities upgrades
Civil works including roads, drainage and earthworks
Utilities and site services infrastructure
Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) lifts and associated works
Technology and IT infrastructure projects
Operational improvement and other site capital projects
You will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contractors and procurement while working closely with Operations, Technical Services, Processing, Maintenance, HSET, Commercial and Corporate teams.
You will also be responsible for identifying and managing project risks, monitoring cost and schedule performance, providing regular progress reporting and ensuring contractors and project activities meet Catalyst's safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
About You
We are looking for someone who can combine strong project management disciplines with a practical, site-focused approach to getting things done.
Ideally, you will bring:
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management,



Construction Management or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure, civil, construction or mining projects
Strong contractor management and project delivery capability
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, cost control and procurement
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A strong commitment to safety and visible field leadership
A current WA C Class Driver's Licence
WA Supervisor's Certificate of Competency ( Highly Desirable)
Experience within a remote mining environment and exposure to TSF, civil infrastructure, camp, utilities or site services projects will be highly regarded.
PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management qualification would also be advantageous.
