The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Field Sales Manager to lead and develop our high performing Queensland field sales team, ideally located around Brisbane.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 Sales Representatives,



driving performance across your region, and strengthening our partnerships with hardware/ home and lifestyle retailers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance coaching your team, building key customer relationships, and executing sales strategy in the field.
You'll play a critical role in delivering commercial outcomes while fostering a high-performing, engaged team culture.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this dynamic leadership role, you will:
Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 Field Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive execution of merchandising standards and national promotional campaigns across the WA region
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, store owners and regional stakeholders
Identify opportunities to grow market share, expand product ranging and improve in-store performance
Conduct regular field visits, joint calls and performance reviews with your team
Deliver training, mentoring and ongoing development to build capability and engagement
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing,



supply chain and leadership teams
Ensure consistent brand representation and a high standard of execution in-store
Who This Role Is Perfect For
This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who:
Has a proven track record in field sales leadership or territory management
Is passionate about coaching and developing teams
Builds strong, credible relationships with customers and stakeholders
Is commercially minded, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
Work in a quick-paced and autonomous environment
Is highly organised, proactive and results-driven
Leads with positivity, accountability and a team-first mindset
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a field sales or territory management role, with leadership experience preferred
Strong people leadership and coaching capability
A valid Australian driver's licence
Willingness to travel (Primarily around Perth) occasionally interstate
Physical fitness (occasional manual handling required)
Full Australian working rights (no restrictions)
Experience in hardware, retail, FMCG or trade environments will be highly regarded.
