About the role
As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations and lead a small team to drive sales growth.
You will be the face of the business to customers including irrigation professionals and the general public.
Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive and safe culture.
Drive sales performance by building strong relationships with local trade and retail customers
Manage stock levels, inventory control, purchasing and visual merchandising.
Provide designs on irrigation systems and expert advice on pumping and water filtration.
About you
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager
Experience in the design and operation of irrigation systems.
Experience in leading and coaching staff.
Customer focus and a pleasant manner with customers.
Valid drivers license and physical fitness required for handling inventory.
