About the roleWindsor Toyota is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Used Car Sales Consultant to join our agile team in Windsor, NSW.
As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
What you'll be doing
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their requirements and preferences
Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our range of new Toyota vehicles
Negotiate pricing and close sales, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for the customer
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing and promotions
Provide follow-up support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships
Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in helping customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service




A quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry changes
A positive, enthusiastic and customer-centric attitude
Relevant sales experience is desirable but not essential
