About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our production team at our Osborne Park facility on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a hands-on production role working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available.
The role would suit an experienced butcher who takes pride in their knife skills, works efficiently without compromising quality and is looking for the stability of an ongoing weekday position.
In this role, you will:
Cut, trim, portion and prepare meat products to required specifications.
Work accurately to product, weight and quality requirements.
Safely operate knives and other butchery equipment relevant to the role.
Maintain consistent product quality and presentation while minimising waste.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, quality assurance and workplace safety procedures.
Keep your workstation, tools and equipment clean and maintained.
Work efficiently to meet daily production requirements and timeframes.
Identify and report any product quality, equipment or safety concerns.
Work cooperatively with supervisors and other members of the production team.
Assist with other reasonable production duties when required.
About You
You are an experienced and dependable Butcher who takes pride in producing quality work.
You are comfortable working in a busy production workplace and understand the importance of safety, hygiene,



consistency and teamwork.
To be successful, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience working as a butcher in a retail, wholesale or meat processing setting.
Strong knife skills and sound knowledge of meat cuts, preparation and quality standards.
A relevant butchery or meat processing qualification, or equivalent practical industry experience.
The ability to work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and yield.
Strong attention to detail and pride in the presentation of your work.
A reliable, punctual and team-focused approach.
The ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and work in a chilled production environment.
A willingness to work reasonable overtime when required.
Appropriate Australian working rights.
