Doma Hotels is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Area Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy, distribution and commercial performance across our growing portfolio of hotels.

About the Role
As the Area Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue and distribution strategies across a portfolio of Doma Hotels, with a focus on maximising RGI, RevPAR, occupancy, ADR and overall profitability.
Working closely with the broader Commercial Team, General Managers and Commercial Director, you will provide property-level revenue leadership while ensuring consistency and alignment across the broader portfolio.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining detailed analysis with commercial strategy and is confident influencing hotel leadership teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement revenue strategies across an assigned portfolio of hotels to maximise RevPAR, RGI, ADR, occupancy and profitability.
Lead pricing,



inventory and yield strategies across all relevant market segments and room types.
Analyse market demand, competitor activity, booking trends and forward-looking data to identify opportunities and risks.
Manage forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance reporting for the portfolio.
Optimise distribution across brand.com, OTAs, GDS, wholesale and other third-party channels, with a focus on channel profitability and cost of acquisition.
Monitor and optimise channel performance, availability, restrictions and rate positioning.
Work closely with Sales, C&E;, Reservations, Marketing and hotel leadership to align revenue strategies with broader commercial objectives.
Identify need periods, demand opportunities and market shifts and develop proactive strategies to maximise revenue.
Provide regular commercial insights and recommendations to General Managers and senior leadership.
Support revenue meetings, performance reviews and portfolio-wide commercial initiatives.
Champion effective use of revenue management, PMS, distribution and business intelligence systems.
Assist with system optimisation, implementation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the development of revenue capability and best practice across the hotel portfolio.
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded revenue professional who combines strong analytical capability with practical hotel experience.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience in hotel revenue management, ideally across multiple properties.
Strong understanding of revenue strategy,



pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution.
Proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and translate data into clear actions.
Experience managing multiple properties or a diverse hotel portfolio.
Strong knowledge of OTA, GDS, wholesale and direct distribution channels.
Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
Experience with revenue management systems, PMS, distribution platforms and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to confidently challenge assumptions and influence General Managers and senior stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing workplace.
Experience with premium, lifestyle or independent hotel brands will be highly regarded.

Location
This role can be based in Canberra or Sydney, with travel across the portfolio as required.
