About The Role
CCD Animal Health and AusPac Ingredients are seeking to appoint a full-time team member to assist our warehousing/production and customer service teams, an exciting opportunity requiring an organised and punctual candidate.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, our new Administration Assistant's key responsibilities will be:
Picking and packing orders
Gneral warehousing duties
Processing customer orders
Arranging transport of outward orders
Providing excellent customer service
About You
Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience in a warehousing and production environment, skills in customer service, and be able to work as part of an effective and effective team.
They will maintain a high level of professional communication with all stakeholders and manage their workload effectively in the face of competing priorities.
Applicants must have:
Experience in warehousing and production
Experience in a customer service
The ability to work both in teams and autonomously, whilst communicating information effectively to colleagues
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resilience and the ability to work with competing priorities, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
Ability to be flexible in high-pressure scenarios, and able to adapt quickly and efficiently to change




Ability to complete repetitive data entry work with a high level of accuracy
Experience with accounting software such as MYOB Acumatica preferable
